This applies to Upscape itself, its employees, and any partner or service provider acting on its behalf. Upscape does not buy or rent consumer email lists and does not send bulk mail from upscape.be.

Business outreach

Upscape may contact companies directly by email about a specific vacancy or an HR service. Such messages are sent only to business addresses, in low volume, from a dedicated Upscape domain, and never from upscape.be. Every message identifies Upscape as the sender, includes our postal address, and offers a way to opt out. An opt-out is applied immediately and permanently.

Reporting

If you received email advertising upscape.be that you believe is unsolicited, or if you want to be removed from our contact list, write to bram@upscape.be. Reports are handled within five working days and the address is removed from all outreach lists.
